We'll break down how to read which kind of question you're actually being asked — some interviewers blur the line on purpose — and how to switch modes without losing your footing mid-answer. I'll run live examples of both types and give direct feedback on delivery, not just content. For anyone with interviews coming up who's been caught off guard by the switch before. $10 to join — not about the money, it's a skin-in-the-game filter so the room is people who'll actually show up and work. Once 5+ people have signed up, all proceeds from that session go toward one free 1:1 coaching session with me, which I'll give to whoever's signup answer shows the clearest "here's exactly where I'm stuck." I'll announce it at the end.
Mentors and mentees are both welcome. It's a mentor session, just with company.
No AI notetakers, please. Read AI, Otter, Fireflies, Fathom and similar record everyone and email the whole room afterwards. If yours auto-joins from your calendar, turn it off for this session.
