Sometimes a request doesn't arrive as a question, it arrives as a decision someone else already made, and your job is apparently just to "draw it". You can tell it won't work but maybe you can't prove it yet; plus if you're the only designer in the room, there's nobody to back you up. In 30 minutes I'll walk you through one real case from a B2B product: the request, what I did instead of saying yes, what happened in the room, and what I'd do differently today. No frameworks, one story, told properly. Bring your worst stakeholder request if you want! I'll be taking live questions.
