Imposter syndrome is something we can all feel at any point in our journey, especially at the beginning of our design careers. This session is about learning to recognize it and understand what's actually driving it. We all have our different methods that work for us. This is intended to provide you with a couple of extra tools in your kit to try to see what works for you. Intended Audience: Designers in school joining or early career (about 1-2 years of experience)
Mentors and mentees are both welcome. It's a mentor session, just with company.
