What actually gets a junior or new-grad application past the filter — resume framing, what a first portfolio needs (and doesn't), and how to talk about projects when you don't have "real" work experience yet. For students and recent grads applying now. $10 to join — not about the money, it's a skin-in-the-game filter so the room is people who'll actually show up and work.
