About
Welcome. I am glad you are here. I am a multidisciplinary designer with over 20 years of experience shaping products, experiences, and design cultures across consultancies and global technology companies. After a long and fulfilling chapter leading industrial design and user experience research within the Client Computing Group at Intel Technologies, Bangalore, I now work as an independent consultant, bringing together design, research, and strategic thinking to help teams build with clarity and intention. My journey has taken me through the full spectrum of design practice: early years in Indian design consultancies, formative roles at Kyocera Wireless (USA) and Titan Industries, and later, a pivotal stint in Titan’s New Business Division where I helped embed design thinking into emerging business initiatives. Across all these roles, one thread has remained constant: a deep curiosity about people and the belief that good design begins with understanding their needs, contexts, and aspirations. Mentoring has always been a natural extension of my practice. I regularly work with design students and professionals, reviewing portfolios, guiding university projects, preparing for interviews, and offering perspective on navigating the design + tech ecosystem. My approach is conversational, reflective, and grounded in real-world experience. I enjoy helping mentees find clarity in their process, confidence in their voice, and direction in their next steps. If you would like to talk about industrial design, UX design and research, career growth, or the realities of being a designer in the tech industry, you are in the right place. And if you simply want to exchange stories about food, culture, or the small rituals that make life meaningful, I am always happy to connect on that too. This space is for honest conversations, thoughtful questions, and mentorship that grows through dialogue. I look forward to meeting you.
How I can help
I can help early and mid career designers with mapping out their career path, breaking into the industry, navigating ambiguity, portfolio reviews that will actually land them a job. In general help them ask the right questions to themselves and define their voice.
