About

My path into product design wasn’t exactly linear. I started in film, moved into graphic design, and eventually found my way into UX and design leadership. That journey taught me to embrace different perspectives, stay curious, and recognize that there’s no single right way to grow. I bring that same mindset to mentorship. I love asking thoughtful questions, challenging assumptions, and helping people find their own path. I’ll be honest, cheer you on, and share what I’ve learned along the way. And I’m always open to learning from you, too!

I can help mentees grow as designers and leaders, especially when it comes to navigating ambiguity, building influence, and connecting design to the bigger picture. I’m happy to talk through career growth, stepping into leadership, stakeholder and cross-functional relationships, facilitation, storytelling, and how to advocate for design in a way that moves the work forward.
