Hi everyone! I'm Antonio Braz. I'm a UX Design Director in the gaming industry with over 20 years of experience designing digital products and interactive experiences. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work on products and franchises such as Disney, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and Wizard of Oz, collaborating with talented teams across Brazil, Canada, and the United States. Beyond my day job, I'm passionate about helping designers grow. I mentor designers from around the world, speak at design conferences, and love sharing lessons about UX, leadership, career growth, and the mindset needed to build meaningful products. My own journey wasn't a straight line. I started as a shy designer from Rio de Janeiro with big dreams but very few connections. Over the years, I learned that growth comes from staying curious, embracing challenges, and continuing to move forward even when you don't have all the answers. As a mentor, my goal isn't to tell you exactly what to do. It's to help you think more clearly, challenge your assumptions, and give you practical feedback that helps you grow faster and with more confidence. Whether you're trying to land your first UX job, transition into leadership, improve your portfolio, or simply become a stronger designer, I'm excited to be part of your journey.
