Hi! I'm Celine, a Senior Product Designer at Meta. I joined full-time 4 years ago, and my career trajectory skyrocketed from Junior to Senior within that timespan (4x top-rating performer). I'm experienced in relentless focus on craft, business growth design, high-leverage strategy, and top performance in highly competitive, fast-paced corporate environments. I attribute much of my success to all of my amazing mentors throughout my career; I'm now sharing all of my advice and experience to those who are hungry to learn and grow! Prior to Meta, I interned at Microsoft, Zipcar and Drift.

How I can help

I help early and mid-level Product Designers level up in their career and build a track record of high performance at work. Drawing from my 4-year full-time experience fast-tracking my own career in big tech, I can guide mentees across a wide range within the design career path: from mastering craft and execution to building strategy, executive presence, and the influence needed to handle complex stakeholder dynamics. I've also worked on Growth Design for 4 years, and can share nuggets of knowledge on developing and strengthening the muscle that brings impact to the business. I can also provide experience in navigating and leveraging AI to the fullest potential in a corporate setting. My open, honest and collaborative 1:1 sessions are designed to look beyond just the hard skills and really help boost you in your career journey. I'm offering 3 session types: 1. Path to Promo (Junior > Mid) Performance isn't about working harder—it's about unlocking the strategic clarity to work at a higher level. In this session, we will look at shifting from directed execution to independent ownership—discussing design feedback, workplace habits, and learning how to earn deep trust within your cross-functional partners. We will also explore how to intertwine AI into your workflows to maximize output. You’ll walk away with actionable frameworks to master cross-functional collaboration, navigate early team strategy, and build an undeniable track record of impact. 2. Path to Promo (Mid > Senior) You already know how to lead a feature—the challenge now is learning how to scale your impact from localized execution to org-level influence. This strategic session is designed to help you transition from managing a scope to mobilizing multiple teams and stakeholders. Together, we will unpack the mechanics of executive presence, mastering high-stakes leadership presentations, and fostering strong relationships with upper management. You’ll leave with a clear playbook on how to influence decisions at scale and effectively mentor junior peers. 3. Developing a Growth Designer mindset Growth Design is one of the most impactful lenses for modern product design.
