Across three sessions we can go deeper into the challenge, make decisions, see what happens when you put them into practice, and adjust as the situation develops.
This works particularly well for leadership transitions, team changes, difficult stakeholder situations, organisational problems, creative transformation or simply having an experienced outside perspective while you're navigating an important period.
The difference from Stephen's offer is subtle but important. His positioning is coaching. Yours should feel more like access to an experienced creative leader who can help someone solve the actual problem in front of them. That is much more credible for you than trying to sound like a traditional career coach.
