I went from intern to design lead mostly without a manual, figuring out each step as I went. That's the whole reason I mentor: I want to be the guide I wish I'd had. I'm direct but warm, no fluff. If something isn't working I'll tell you, but always with a clear way forward. I've reviewed portfolios from the hiring side and sat in international design interviews, so I know how this looks from the other side of the table. We can work in Spanish or English, whatever feels right to you.

How I can help

I can help mentees across two areas: the craft of UX and product design, and the harder, less-talked-about work of growing your career when no one hands you a map. On the craft side, I can help with: UX and product design fundamentals, from research to final UI User research and usability testing E-commerce and conversion rate optimization (I led a redesign that lifted a US client's conversion by 3% using Baymard heuristics) Design systems for B2B and B2C products UX audits based on Baymard methodology Portfolio reviews and feedback On the career side, I can help with: Navigating the path from junior to mid to senior Building a UX practice where none exists (I've done it from scratch) Growing without formal mentorship: setting your own goals, giving yourself constructive feedback, and asking for opportunities instead of waiting to be chosen Working with international clients in English Above all, I mentor with honesty and warmth. I won't just tell you everything looks great; I'll give you real, practical feedback, and remind you that you're usually closer than you think.
