Design and prototype internal digital tools in Figma, from user flows and wireframes to interactive prototypes. Turn complex business requirements and processes into clear, intuitive experiences. Use storytelling, journey maps, personas, storyboards, and presentations to bring user needs and design decisions to life. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to explore challenges, gather feedback, and refine solutions.
