About

I’m a design and product strategy leader with more than two decades of experience building teams, shaping customer experiences, and helping organizations turn complex problems into clear direction. I began my career building and leading independent design businesses, working closely with clients across industries on strategy, research, brand, and digital experiences. That work eventually led me into large-scale enterprise leadership, where I now lead at the intersection of customer experience, product strategy, design, and organizational transformation. Much of my work has involved helping teams operate at a higher level: connecting customer needs to business priorities, building stronger design organizations, influencing senior stakeholders, and creating the conditions for teams to do meaningful work. I’m also actively exploring how AI is changing the way designers and product leaders work—and what distinctly human skills will matter most as the field evolves. I enjoy mentoring people who are working through the messy parts of leadership and career growth, where there often isn’t a textbook answer.
