I’ve spent 12+ years in product design, and since 2020 I’ve led design teams - hiring designers, managing them, and watching what actually helps people grow. These days I work as a contractor, so I see what companies are hiring for right now, not five years ago. I’m direct and practical, and I genuinely want to help and care about every mentee. I’m most useful when you bring me something real and messy - a portfolio you’re unsure about, an interview that went sideways, a task you’re stuck on. Outside work, I write about design, AI and product thinking on Medium.

For senior designers and leads: how to talk about UX impact in product and business terms, how to present design decisions persuasively to stakeholders and leadership, career growth and promotion strategy, team capacity and headcount planning, getting leadership buy-in for headcount, introducing AI tools into a design workflow, and moving design from an execution function to an equal partner at the table.
