Hey there. I'm Jing-Hui, or J.H. for short. I started my career as a strategist in a digital marketing agency where I learnt to do target audience research and translate complex problems into simple solutions. However, I felt like something was missing. The idealistic part of me wanted to give people what they actually want, rather than making them want something. Thus, I ventured into UX hoping to consider more of the users’ needs into the balance of my work.
