Hey, I'm Khai - I lead the content design craft at Soundtrack. Over careers in tech and TV, I've specialized in rallying people together and making hard things easy to understand. Past partners and clients include CNBC, Discovery Networks, UNICEF, Lexus, and Morgan Stanley. I plan on keeping these sessions free. While working on a UX style guide for my own org, I spoke with Khairul about design systems. She provided many helpful resources for benchmarking and industry standards. She also provided a great overview of happy/unhappy paths and user flows, and tone of voice scales.
