Hi there! I'm Kiri, a Principal Product Designer in the Bay Area startup scene. I used to work as a Customer Support Lead in video games before transitioning into Product Design via the bootcamp boom of 2020 (I went to the 6 month UC Berkeley one). I've worked the past 5ish years in AI startups, first at a security startup specializing in facial and object recognition in visual media, to my current role on a construction product. I've been mentoring new designers and career transitioners pretty much since I finished my bootcamp. I love connecting with other like minded people and helping them to work on their interview material. So let's chat! I'm great at talking and pretending like I'm confident 😄. I went to art school so I'm good at giving critiques and providing actionable feedback. I career transitioned and have somehow overcome my imposter syndrome enough to get two jobs 😅
