I鈥檓 Sayed, a Lead Product Designer, educator, and mentor with 10+ years of experience designing digital products and supporting designers at different career stages. I have trained and mentored more than 3,000 UX/Product designers, helping them build practical skills, grow their confidence, and move forward in their careers. Over the years, I have also led and facilitated multiple group mentorship programs designed to support designers in a collaborative learning environment. These programs focused on hands-on practice, real-world projects, peer feedback, and structured guidance, enabling participants to accelerate their growth, build strong portfolios, and gain clarity in their career paths.

Sayed gave me the most useful interview feedback I've gotten. He didn't just react to my answers, he gave me a clear way to handle the hard questions where someone challenges a design decision, and it changed how I approach them. He also caught small things I never would have noticed, like how I come across on camera and how I take feedback in the moment. Direct and specific, and kind about all of it. I now know exactly what to work on.
