About

I have a UXR background and an MA in Service Design from Royal College of Art. I’ve pivoted from the public service into the tech industry, and I’ve co-designed with partners across Asia, Middle East and Europe. I believe in radical honesty and will share what works and what doesn’t.

How I can help

I help early-career UX designers break into the industry and share practical tips on how to co-create with stakeholders from non-design backgrounds. Having returned to the public sector years after breaking into private sector, I can help designers navigate the structural challenges of both private and public organisations.

Zioedy was amazing! Great communication pre call and when I needed to reschedule the call she was very accommodating. We met for interview prep and her feedback was thoughtful, specific and actionable. Implementing her feedback I has made such an improvement. I can't recommend her enough!
