What should I do in my first 90 days as a junior designer?

Focus on learning how your team actually ships: ask questions early, find out how decisions get made, deliver small things reliably, and build relationships with your engineers and PM. Nobody expects brilliance in the first 90 days. They expect curiosity, reliability, and evidence that feedback lands. A mentor outside your company gives you a safe place to ask the questions you cannot ask internally.
